This position is part of the Connect to Resolve (C2R) organization, a transversal organization into Sanofi Business Operations. Connect to Resolve (C2R) focus is to seamlessly connect Sanofi employees and third parties with the support teams and resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience.
The team is composed of other Solution Leads, but also Project Managers, Process Leads and of Business Analysts.

Major Responsibilities

Define the tool/platform strategy, in collaboration with DIGITAL teams, and in alignment with the Process leads and service teams. Scope of tools today:

AI/GenAI solutions: IBM Watson, GPT solutions under investigation

Service Management solutions: ServiceNow HRSD module, Telephony Call Center solutions,
-
Reporting solutions: Snowflake, PowerBI, Survey tools under investigation

Take accountability on tool/platform lifecycle and performance.

Lead or contribute to projects

Guide the teams on the rights solutions and support on the implementation each time your expertise is required.
About you

Experience: From Business Organization/have worked in collaboration with and with focus on delivery
-
Engineer/Architect/Consultant background with successful implementations of AI/GenAI, Service Management solutions and Reporting solutions.

Soft skills: Well organized: structure, prioritize and meet deadlines. High level of interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to communicate and present on different levels in the organization. Effective business partnering and customer relations management.

Strategic thinking

Technical skills: Advanced in MS Office

Advanced in ServiceNow HR module. Advanced in Snowflake and PowerBI. Advanced in AI and GenAI tools.

Advanced in Project management methodologies. Advanced in Service Management principles/frameworks.

Advanced in Data privacy principles.

Basic knowledge in LEAN, Design Thinking, and Continuous Improvement frameworks. Basic knowledge in Data and process modelling

Education: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation in Engineering / Architect

Languages: English (fluent)
