Job Title
Senior Specialist – Celonis
- Strong knowledge in Celonis (with minimum 6+ Years of experience as a developer)
- Strong concepts on process mining & integration
- Design, implement and deploy new business process management technologies and practices with Celonis.
- Working experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP ), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
- Strong hand-on experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python
- Prior experience of working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik preferred
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
- Experience advising clients and delivering solutions for transforming (digitizing) their customer experiences, employee experiences, operational environments, and product services.
- Celonis Certification (Data Engineer/Implementation Professional) is a plus
- Business value and purpose focus, skilled in connecting strategic business intents and efficiency levers to execution with an end-to-end perspective
- Advanced communication and multicultural skills.
- Agile Methodologies and tools. SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile mode of development (Kanban, Scrum)
- Experience with Multicultural and virtual/remote team.
- Ability to easily adapt to fast-paced environment.
- Relation and networking skills
- Hands on approach.
