WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage and develop a marketing-focused domain within our Analytics team.
If you have extensive hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, extraordinary communication and cross-collaboration skills, proven people and project management expertise, this could be the perfect role for you. We’re excited to meet someone who not only has the skills but also the energy to help us achieve outstanding results.
As the Marketing Analytics Team Lead, you’ll be an essential part of our robust and high-performing Analytics team, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operations Officer.
WHAT YOUʼLL DO 🚀
The Marketing Analytics domain has three key focuses:
- Develop and improve our framework for Marketing Analytics.
- Implement and manage the marketing data and infrastructure roadmap.
- Drive data-informed decisions within the Marketing team and across the whole
company.
As the Marketing Analytics Team Lead, you will:
- Grow and develop the Marketing Analytics team, both from a technical and people standpoint.
- Manage cross-functional projects across multiple areas, including Data Engineering, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Support, and more.
- Plan and deliver insightful research to support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster growth within your team’s expertise.
3-6-9 months expectations:In the first 3 months, you will:
- Fully onboard into the Analytics team and the Marketing Analytics domain.
- Audit current tools, processes, and approaches within the Marketing team.
- Review cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams across the company.
- Collect expectations from key stakeholders and develop a prioritized
roadmap for the next 6 months.
By 6 months, you will:
- ○ Revise and implement processes within the Marketing Analytics team.
- ○ Develop key deliverables within the Marketing Analytics domain, including Attribution, Reporting, and tools like forecasting, LTV modeling, and MMM.
- Launch cross-functional collaboration within different areas of Marketing Analytics
- Strengthen the team with new, relevant hires.
At the 9-month mark, you will:
- Retrospectively assess the progress.
- Plan the strategic development of the Marketing Analytics function, ensuring alignment with the overalll Analytics and Marketing teams.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap for the next 12 months.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥
- 7+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, preferably in SaaS products, with at least 3+ years of a Senior or Team Lead role.
- Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics.
- Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools).
- Ability to formulate relevant marketing hypotheses and test them.
- Outstanding people management skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and a strong work ethic
