Educanta is recruiting a graduate in Stockholm (Sweden) for a Master Data Specialist / Analyst role in operations within the consumer goods/pharmaceutical industry.
This position will start as a fixed term contract, preferably starting from August 2024 with the opportunity to continue with a permanent contract.

Job Description
As a Junior Master Data Specialist in the Operations team, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product master data to support our client’s supply chain processes. This role is ideal for a newly graduated civil engineer who is looking to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master Data Management: Manage and maintain product master data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GS1 standards. Generate SKU numbers and GTINs for products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and IFS Application management teams to understand and execute master data needs for supply planning and logistics.
- Data Quality: Perform data validation and cleansing activities to ensure consistency and integrity of product data. Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.
- Documentation and Support: Contribute to the documentation of data processes and workflows. Support integration projects and the implementation of data management tools.
- Industry Compliance: Stay updated with healthcare product logistics regulations and standards, ensuring all master data complies with industry-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Microsoft Office Package with advanced Excel skills
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a smaller team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and industry-specific standards.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the Operations team and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies related to the supply chain is a plus.
