Our offer to you:

  • Database Development: Support our software engineering team by optimizing and maintaining a database for computer vision applications focusing on medical image data, particularly for Trauma & Extremities (T&E). This database will play a pivotal role in the innovation of digital guidance products. 

  • Data processing: Create and review ground truth data to enhance our database. 

  • Create testing solutions: Utilize a vast collection of X-Ray images to generate and evaluate training datasets for AI solutions. Employ these datasets to create tests and tools for improving image processing algorithms. 

  • Innovative Contribution: Work at your own pace on diverse and challenging tasks. Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and contribute to the development of new concepts and innovations within the Trauma & Extremities portfolio. 

This is what sets you apart:

  • Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on digital technologies. 

  • Technical Proficiency: You possess a strong technical understanding and experience in object-oriented programming, best case in C#, enabling database development and data analysis within our framework. Experience with databases and computer vision are an advantage. 

  • Adaptability to New Technologies: You exhibits a keen interest in emerging technologies, demonstrating a willingness to explore innovative solutions in the field of medical imaging and AI. Your analytical and problem-solving capabilities help you to independently develop solutions and structure your work. 

  • Effective Communication: Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written), basic understanding of German and basic MS Office skills enable you to interact easily and secure in an innovative and international development environment and complete your profile.
