Job Title: Process Mining Analyst
Job Summary: The Process Mining Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. This role involves working with various stakeholders to gather requirements, extracting and processing data, and delivering insights using mining visualizations and dashboards. The analyst will play a crucial role in building & enhancing process insights for process performance and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Preparation:
- Extract data from various business systems and databases.
- Cleanse and prepare data for analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize process mining tools to analyze business processes.
- Identify patterns, deviations, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying issues affecting process performance.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present process insights.
- Create detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Work closely with business units to understand process workflows and pain points.
- Gather and document requirements for process analysis projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the impact of implemented process changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in process mining techniques and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
- Maintain and administer process mining software and tools.
- Ensure the integration of process mining tools with existing business systems.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-8 Years Experience
- Proven experience in process analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP-Signavio, Appromore, Microsoft-Minit) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with JIRA.
- Prior experience implementing AI/ML for process improvements and ability to demo and present results to business stakeholders will be nice to have.
- Proficiency with Infor products such as LN, M3 or other ERP products is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) concepts and methodologies.
