We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Senior Data Scientist. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for providing analytical expertise in the process of model development, refining and implementation in a variety of analytics problems spread across a variety of domains. The selected candidate will report to the Head of Advisory.

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for:
- Managing analytics strategy across multiple use cases and clients
- Engaging in presales engagements with clients
- Overlooking teams of associate data scientists, de-bottlenecking issues related to project execution.
- Working closely with business teams to develop and implement analytics solutions.
- Collaborating with data engineers and architects to implement and deploy scalable solutions.
- Communicating results to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Operations Research, Economics, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience of working in analytics.
- Experience in programming in at least 2 languages.
- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of working with advanced statistical algorithms including machine learning techniques.
- Working knowledge on developing analytics solutions in 2-3 domains
- Technical expertise in Databricks, SQL, Python based Analytics i.e., PySpark, Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, Flask, Azure Cognitive Services and cloud platform tooling, Visualization and Reporting i.e., Power BI, and Linux Administration Skills
