Job Description

Our Company is seeking an experienced and innovative AI and Automation Strategist to join our team. As an AI and Automation Strategist, you will play a critical role in analyzing, automating, and applying artificial intelligence (AI) to our existing Core Security processes. Your primary objective will be to make these processes easier, more efficient, and faster, ultimately driving business growth and improved productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Existing Processes: Conduct a thorough assessment and analysis of our current processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement through automation and AI integration. This includes understanding the challenges, bottlenecks, and pain points in the existing processes.

  • Automation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for automating various processes across different CORE Security groups, keeping in mind the overall business goals and objectives. This involves identifying areas suitable for automation, evaluating available automation technologies, and providing recommendations on the most suitable automation tools and platforms.

  • Artificial Intelligence Integration: Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize our processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

  • Solution Development and Implementation: Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and developers to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions. Ensure proper integration with existing systems and infrastructure while complying with industry standards, regulations, and security guidelines.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the effectiveness and performance of the implemented automation and AI solutions. Identify areas for further improvement, iterate on existing solutions, and ensure they align with evolving business needs.

  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure smooth adoption of automation and AI solutions. Share knowledge and best practices with the team and contribute to building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Operational and Financial Impact: Oversee projects that contribute directly to the financial performance of the enterprise by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years of overall relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership with a strong focus on product strategy and team management.

  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions in a corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.

  • Experience and knowledge of large pharmaceutical industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of automation, with a vision to leverage AI and ML technologies in future projects.

  • Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with automation tools and platforms like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

  • Familiarity with AI techniques including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and deep learning frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Skilled in vendor management and the integration of complex platforms and APIs.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.  This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$149,400.00 – $235,100.00
