Senior Solutions Architect, GPU – Cloud Service Providers at NVIDIA – US, CA, Santa Clara


Join our team at NVIDIA and help bring AI solutions to our largest customers. We are seeking an expert Solutions Architect to assist customers in building AI/ML and HPC software solutions at scale. As a member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will collaborate with strategic customers, providing end-to-end technology solutions and technical support based on our product strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with tech giants to develop and demonstrate solutions based on NVIDIA’s groundbreaking software and hardware technologies.

  • Partnering with Sales Account Managers and Developer Relations Managers to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.

  • Serving as the main technical point of contact for customers engaged in the development of intricate AI infrastructure, while also offering support in understanding performance aspects related to tasks like large scale LLM training and inference.

  • Conducting regular technical customer meetings for project/product details, feature discussions, introductions to new technologies, performance advice, and debugging sessions.

  • Collaborating with customers to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for solutions to address critical business needs and support cloud service integration for NVIDIA technology on hyperscalers.

  • Analyzing and developing solutions for customer performance issues for both AI and systems performance.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of engineering (performance/system/solution) experience.

  • Hands-on experience building performance benchmarks for data center systems, including large scale AI training and inference.

  • Understanding of systems architecture including AI accelerators and networking as it relates to the performance of an overall application.

  • Effective engineering program management with the capability of balancing multiple tasks.

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly through documents, presentations, and in external customer-facing environments.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, etc.), compilers (Triton, XLA, etc.), and NVIDIA libraries (TRTLLM, TensorRT, Nemo, NCCL, RAPIDS, etc.).

  • Familiarity with deep learning architectures and the latest LLM developments.

  • Background with NVIDIA hardware and software, performance tuning, and error diagnostics.

  • Hands-on experience with GPU systems in general including but not limited to performance testing, performance tuning, and benchmarking.

  • Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments including AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI as well as knowledge of DevOps/MLOps technologies such as Docker/containers, Kubernetes, data center deployments, etc. Command line proficiency.

The base salary range is 148,000 USD – 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

Job Description

Nous recrutons un/une Stagiaire pour développer un outil d’Interaction entre un Utilisateur, un LLM et des données spatiales 3D et rejoindre notre business unit Espace au sein du Skill Center Images. Notre Skills Center apporte son expertise en télédétection et en traitement d’images satellites.

L’objectif de ce stage est de concevoir un système qui permet à l’utilisateur de poser des requêtes sur des données 3D spatiales générées par l’outil CARS (un logiciel open-source développé pour le CNES), d’exploiter des modèles géométriques et d’intégrer des données exogènes (par exemple, des informations climatiques, environnementales, etc.) pour répondre aux problématiques posées.

Ce projet vise à faciliter l’exploitation des données complexes en permettant une interaction fluide entre l’utilisateur, les modèles de langage et des données spatiales variées.

Vos missions

  • Comprendre les outils de génération de modèles 3D ainsi que les informations qui peuvent en être extraites, avec les algorithmes utilisés.
  • Réaliser un état de l’art des outils permettant d’automatiser l’interaction entre l’utilisateur, le LLM (Modèle de Langage de Grande Taille) et le déclenchement d’algorithmes ou d’outils.
  • Développer un outil qui répond aux besoins définis.
  • Évaluer l’outil développé.

L’environnement technique

  • Environnement Linux, Python, Git
  • Des connaissances en traitement d’images et de données spatiales (notamment en 3D) seraient appréciées.

Qualifications

De formation école d’ingénieur ou diplôme universitaire équivalent en dernière année vous suivez une formation en traitement d’images, informatique et mathématiques et vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois ?

Job Responsibilities:

The AVP/Analyst role within the market risk management department (Market risk analytics team) will be in charge of performing market risk/counterparty credit risk analysis, monitor market risk activities undertaken by Global Markets (Trading and Treasury), counterparty credit risk activities undertaken by Global Markets (Trading and Sales) and participating UAT in various projects, e.g. Potential Future Exposure project, IRRBB, benchmark/Libor Transition project. [Market Risk]

  • Prepare daily, monthly and other periodic risk reports and provide PnL & risk analysis for the bank’s trading and treasury portfolio for branches in Asia and Oceania;

  • Provide analysis of market risk exposures, VaR;

  • Provide market risk stress testing and analysis for branches in Asia and Oceania;

  • Provide market risk KRI monitoring;

  • Provide daily VaR back-testing;

  • Prepare Singapore/Regional ALM/MRM Committee material and provide market risk commentary;

  • Support Manager to conduct risk limit review;

  • Good knowledge of banking and derivatives products

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Master’s or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant area of Business Analytics or a closely related field.

Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.

The salary range for this position is $6,480 -$10,308 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available here.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile software testing.
  • Ability to execute test cases based on business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to work tactfully with a team of software developers and domain experts.
  • Ability to professionally interact with customers and team members to solve problems.
  • Presentation skills to regularly present test results.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel, or other tools.
  • Ability to obtain a USPS security clearance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Diagnostics Architect at Zoox – Foster City, CA


About the RoleSafe, stable, and reliable transportation is the key promise of autonomous mobility.  You will architect, implement, and refine the central vehicle stability framework that fulfills this promise.  You will partner with Zoox’s Software, Hardware, Safety, Data, and Operational teams to develop the robot’s Fault Management System.  You will support our stability analytics teams and use their results to optimize the on-robot code for rapid fault triage at scale.
You will join the Platform Stability team inside of Software Core, a team of system-oriented C++ engineers developing frameworks to track robot instability in real time.  You will provide technical leadership to the team through architectural reviews and data-driven development.  You will evangelize safe, sustainable coding practices and work collaboratively with other teams to gather and implement software requirements.
Ultimately, we seek a leader with previous experience delivering mission-critical software that supports large teams.  We desire a team member who can visualize an ideal final design, but who also maintains the strategic mindset to deliver the software incrementally.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide technical leadership to the Platform Stability team
  • You will drive the development of the robot’s Fault Management System, in collaboration with Safety and Firmware teams
  • You will help improve the performance of the on-bot stability framework and off-bot stability analysis tools
  • You will champion the adoption of the stability framework across all software teams, including requiring new diagnostics when novel failures occur on-vehicle
  • You will monitor metrics about the health and adoption of the stability framework across the Zoox fleet

Qualifications

  • Experience tech leading teams of 4+ engineers
  • Experience using metrics and statistical methods to drive decision-making at various levels in an organization
  • Strong knowledge of C++ and experience in large code bases
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale robot, vehicle, or device health telemetry and familiarity with developing Big Data technologies like Databricks, Spark, Redshift
  • Experience with reliability engineering or related systems engineering fields
  • Experience in Autonomous Vehicle domain

CompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $217,000 to $360,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position. Zoox also offers a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (e.g. sick leave, vacation, bereavement), unpaid time off, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, Amazon RSUs, health insurance, long-term care insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and life insurance.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and own scalable and reliable reporting tools for the Local team, enabling the team to make decisions based on up to date and insightful data with a 360 view, including commercial, operational and financial KPIs.
  • Support the definition of targets and calculation of achievements both for the team and for single individuals, ensuring fair but challenging targets.
  • Track KPIs, identifying trends and factors that represent risks and opportunities, across areas such as Sales, Marketing & Growth, Operations, Profitability.
  • Analyze KPIs, evaluate historical data and trends, propose new thresholds or criteria, and recommend strategies to optimize the performance of these KPIs
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and deep dives as required, owning them end to end: frame problem, identify and gather data, perform analysis, present insights and results with appropriate visualizations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, working with data to generate insights and make the right decisions
  • Used to work with ETL processes and gather data from different sources (APIs, Excel and other databases)
  • Advanced worksheet / modeling skills
  • Expertise in SQL – Redshift experience a plus
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, QlikView, etc..
  • Previous experience in Python and with analysis tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline

Description de la BU

Au sein de Framatome, la Business Unit Combustible conçoit, fabrique et vend du combustible nucléaire pour les centrales de production d’électricité ainsi que pour les réacteurs de recherche.
La Direction des Opérations Composants (DOC) maîtrise toutes les étapes de la métallurgie du zirconium, du minerai jusqu’à la réalisation de composants en alliage de zirconium: produits plats, barres et tubes destinés à la fabrication du combustible nucléaire ; certains dérivés sont aussi utilisés dans l’industrie aéronautique ou médicale.
La Direction des Opérations Composants dispose d’une expertise reconnue et de la plus forte capacité de production au monde avec ses 5 usines (Jarrie, Ugine, Rugles, Montreuil-Juigné et Paimboeuf). Elle dispose également d’un Centre de Recherches spécialisé dans la métallurgie et les procédés de transformation des alliages de zirconium.


Description de la mission

Dans le cadre des projets de R&D sur les propriétés d’emploi des alliages de zirconium, vous créerez une application permettant d’exploiter les bases de données de résultats du Centre de Recherche Composants.

Différentes bases de données (Access, fichiers Excel…) existent, recensant des données obtenues le plus souvent lors d’essais en laboratoire. L’objectif du stage sera d’harmoniser le formalisme de ces bases de données et de créer un outil permettant d’en analyser le contenu du point de vue métier par la réalisation de croisement de données (exemple : rapports powerBI, interface Python etc.)
