Le stagiaire en Intelligence d’Affaires pour l’Après-Marché connecté jouera un rôle crucial dans le soutien de l’évolution des processus et de la gestion des données de la Transformation Numérique en cours au sein du département d’Après-Marché. En collaborant avec plusieurs parties prenantes au sein de différents groupes, vous serez chargé de :

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie pour la transformation numérique: Méthodologie agile, Planification de la feuille de route des produits

Our expectations:

The Connected Aftermarket Business Intelligence Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of processes and data management of the Digital Transformation taking place in the Aftermarket department. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders in various groups, you will be expected to:

  • Support the implementation of industry best practices for digital transformation: Agile-like methodology, Product Roadmapping

Como Principal Autonomy Applications, desempeñará un papel clave brindando soporte especializado y mejora continua del rendimiento y confiabilidad del panorama de aplicaciones de autonomía de Minerals Americas, a través del aprendizaje, la optimización y la automatización, buscando minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de la producción y garantizar la continuidad operativa, involucrando a las principales partes interesadas. y llevar a cabo la toma de decisiones, de manera oportuna y eficaz.

  • Fortalecer las capacidades técnicas internas, conocimientos y habilidades de resolución de problemas del equipo de soporte de Tecnología de BHP.
  • Mantener operativos los servicios, acordando los RPO (Objetivos de Tiempo de Recuperación) y RTO (Objetivos de Tiempo de Recuperación), probando y manteniendo actualizados los Planes de Gestión de Continuidad del Servicio y Recuperación ante Desastres. Supervisar y abordar proactivamente la disponibilidad, la capacidad, el rendimiento, el cumplimiento, las licencias y cumplir con las solicitudes del catálogo de servicios de los servicios de aplicaciones.  
  • Mantener los Servicios de Aplicaciones, garantizar la vigencia de las aplicaciones y realizar análisis de Causa Raíz para eliminar errores y realizar cambios menores que no alteren el modelo.  
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y controles regulatorios, organizacionales y de ciberseguridad, identificando los riesgos asociados a las aplicaciones bajo soporte, evaluando los riesgos identificados: asignando ocurrencia, probabilidad e impacto; priorizando los riesgos, estableciendo planes de acción para evitar o mitigar los riesgos evaluados. 
  • Impulsar una mentalidad de mejora continua a través de la simplificación y estandarización de todas las aplicaciones. Abordar las oportunidades y los problemas desde una mentalidad centrada en el negocio
  • Garantizar que el rendimiento de las aplicaciones, impulsando que aquellas aplicaciones críticas sean monitoreadas y ajustadas continuamente según los estándares acordados.

Para tener éxito en este rol, tendrá un profundo conocimiento y experiencia para brindar soporte operativo bajo la metodología ITIL. Para este puesto también se requiere experiencia comprobada en la mejora continua de aplicaciones para lograr confiabilidad y rendimiento.   
Su capacidad para gestionar y priorizar múltiples tareas, proyectos y partes interesadas simultáneamente será fundamental. Puede comprender y comunicar información altamente técnica a audiencias no técnicas. Trabaja en equipo y trabaja bien con proveedores externos y personal de soporte.  
También se requerirá experiencia contrastada en las siguientes áreas: 

 

  • Formación Profesional de Ingeniería Informática, Eléctrica/Electrónica y/o carrera a fin.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico de los sistemas autónomos para operaciones de acarreo: aplicaciones Minestar y Base de Datos SQL.

Technical Program Manager, Expert AI Trainer Acquisition & Engagement at OpenAI – San Francisco, CA


  • Own the outcomes of our data collection campaigns requiring expert AI trainers, including

    • Collaborating with the researcher(s) to understand their needs, find creative solutions to their data collection challenges

    • Recruiting AI trainers, and building long term, sustainable pipelines expert  AI trainers leveraging the OpenAI Forum community, university partnerships, and other creative initiatives

    • Refine and scale project management systems related to AI trainer recruitment

    • Design and execute the onboarding process for campaigns 

    • Ensuring our AI trainers have the materials and insights needed for success

    • Defining and owning communication feedback loops between researchers, ops and AI trainers

    • Own metrics of success related to expert AI trainer recruitment and retention

    • Own quality and throughput outcomes related to data collection campaigns utilizing expert AI trainers

  • Own the expert AI trainers database, maintain data hygiene, continue to refine search functionality so that the broader Human Data operations team can easily search for and find lists of expert trainers available to participate in data collection campaigns. 

  • Partner with our vendors, OpenAI researchers, Human Data engineers to create a world class experience for all AI trainers working on OpenAI projects through implementation of educational materials and engagement opportunities (researcher office hours, working info sessions, OpenAI Forum community events for AI trainers)

  • Build and enhance the systems we’ll need as a team, including

    • Designing the overall training and onboarding strategy and materials for our researchers and ops team in relationship to expert AI trainers program

    • Creating dashboards, command centers, and queries that highlight campaign-specific and team-wide progress on recruiting, AI trainer skill sets, availability of trainers, AI trainer activities (which projects are they currently on, which have they previously worked on, at what quality?)

    • Building the frameworks, tools, and processes to understand our data, using SQL, Python, or other technical means when appropriate

  • Collaborate with the manager of the OpenAI Forum community to maintain accurate expert AI trainer membership database; plan and execute engagement opportunities for the expert AI trainers in the ForumPlan and execute partnership programming and community programming

 

You might thrive in this role if you: Describe desired qualifications. If your team’s career ladder doesn’t use years of experience (e.g. UTL), exclude “years of experience” requirements.

  • You are an expert in project management. You are skilled at gathering and defining requirements, outlining and assigning clear roles and responsibilities, inspiring buy-in from cross functional partners, and can manage multiple., complex, high priority projects at once. PMP preferred. 

  • Managed operations for data collection campaigns with humans in the loop: define the perfect AI trainer profile given the project goals and requirements, understand how to define and measure quality, have deep understanding of how to incentivize quality and throughput.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator. You know how to discern the appropriate voice to address a distinct audience and can skillfully tailor the tenor and tone of your writing to engage different stakeholders; you are clear and concise.

  • You have experience building partnership programs (universities, student groups, community orgs)

The Practice – A Brief Sketch 

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. 

 

As part of the Research Operations & Dashboarding team which has been established over the last 2 years and you will support the next phase of growth. The overarching goal of the team is to drive quality, consistency and improve efficiencies in the technical project delivery across our partner teams and to evolve our data related capabilities in line with emerging client needs. 

 

Role Overview  

You will be working with a highly skilled team across functions including researchers, consultants, survey programmers, dashboard experts and data processing gurus. We are a great place to work as you will learn from others to broaden, refine, and deepen your skillset and apply these skills to traditional market research data, CX real time data feeds, other operational and behavioural data sets, as well as across digital data delivery methods and AI projects. 

 

You will be working across a wide range of clients including commercial and government and you will get the opportunity to work on large and complex continuous studies as well as state of the art ad-hoc projects. With your data processing skills, you will make a difference to these projects to simplify data set-up, to deliver high-quality data and empower researchers to draw insights. 

 

This role would suit a market research data analyst at the start of their career who is driven by providing accurate data outcomes, high data quality and process efficiencies. The focus of this role is to support the research and consulting teams in anything data and DP mainly using Q, SPSS and Excel. This would include data processing, cleaning, stacking, and merging of data as well as data file set up.  

 

Fieldwork management skills are a big plus, i.e. testing survey links, monitoring quotas, managing fieldwork providers, and liaising with survey programmers. Experience or an interest in data integration, process automation and digital delivery (dashboards, websites) is also beneficial.  

 

As part of the team you will drive the following: 

 

Fieldwork Management 

  • Managing and liaising with fieldwork suppliers. 

  • Co-ordinating fieldwork with our survey programming provider and fieldwork suppliers. 

  • Co-ordinating and testing questionnaire changes. 

  • Co-ordinating translations with translation agencies and programming. 

  • Monitoring and adjusting quotas. 

  • Program and link testing. 

 

Data File Set Up And Data Processing 

  • Data cleaning and quality control on collated data. 

  • Data checks on data collection and data files. 

  • Data processing and file preparation. 

  • Final Q file set up. 

  • Data weighting. 

  • Stacking / merging of data files in SPSS/Q/XLS. 

  • Coding or facilitating of coding. 

  • Analysis and resolution of any data issues. 

  • Set up of report automation using Q, R, Python, Syntax, possibly Tableau / Power BI where required. 

 

Dashboarding / Visualization 

  • Support on curation / shaping of data files. 

  • Reviewing of data specs. 

  • Supporting the dashboard team in building the dashboard. 

  • Dashboard data checks and quality control. 

  • Testing dashboard user experience. 

 

Skills to excel at the role: 

  • Extensive experience working within a consulting firm providing strategic advice and solutions to organizations. 

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to drive results-oriented decisions.

Tools / Technical Skills Required:  

  • Advanced SPSS and Q.

  • Advanced MS Office especially Excel (ideally including VBA). 

  • Basic understanding (or strong interest in learning) of PowerPoint report automations using Q, VBA or Python.

Job purpose:

As our Cloud Platform Engineer for Data, you’ll be in a highly technical role, leading the development, enhancement, and innovation of our Microsoft Azure Data Platform for Data & Analytics.  You’ll play a leading role in how our platform evolves and be pivotal in data related projects as we develop our Azure Data Platform, implement complex solutions, and deliver increasingly valuable and performant technical solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and dedicated engineer to join the Platform Architecture Software Performance Optimization Team. We are a group that is driving performance improvements in software running on Apple silicon as well as Apple software and hardware itself. Join us!

Description

In this role you will work on the analysis of existing and new workloads to identify performance bottlenecks in the hardware and/or software. Working with your colleagues you will address performance limitations and deliver recommendations for Apple hardware and software improvements.

In addition to working with developers directly, you’ll identify patterns of performance challenges on Apple silicon, emerging new usage models, and feed back findings into the silicon and software teams for potential improvements.

Key Qualifications

  • Expert background in software engineering, tools, methods, and the performance optimization process;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in AI/ML accelerators, GPU, CPU, SoC architecture and micro-architecture, or performance analysis with an emphasis on hardware/software co-design and the intersection between software and hardware;
  • Strong software development skills and proficiency in some of C/C++ family programming languages, and scripting languages such as Python;
  • Knowledge and experience with AI/ML performance benchmarks and workloads;
  • The position requires in-depth knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and relevant software stacks. Understanding operating system internals, and compiler technology a plus;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and creativity to help the team solve performance challenges.

Education & Experience

BS and a minimum 10 years relevant work experience. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related fields preferred.

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
