As an Automation Specialist, you will be a part of our Global Wealth data team. You will collaborate closely with various scrum teams to promote a focus on quality. You will also contribute to our highly regarded in-house automation frameworks for Data Platform, APIs, and Performance testing.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

 

• Design, improve, and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
• Create and estimate automation scripts using Java, Python, and Unix platforms.
• Utilize SQL queries for effective data comparison in test scenarios.
• Participate in Unix/Linux environments and GIT/Bitbucket workflows.
• Write moderate to complex code/scripts to test systems.
• Be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a modular, extensible, and reusable test automation framework to enable continuous testing in a DevOps environment.
• Develop code to automate the testing (Unit/ Integration) of Datahub/Lake, microservices (Rest APIs) and ensure adequate test coverage of the application code.
• Collaborate with development engineers during story and task breakdown to develop a test approach that effectively covers the functional and performance characteristics of a feature.
• Build, maintain, and enhance the existing automation framework, test harness, and processes.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the usage of the entire application suite, processes, workflows, etc.
• Work with the Engineering team Management to improve the testing process.
• Understand enterprise software design principles – architecture, design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Comfortably work in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.

• A proven track record in software quality assurance, demonstrating over 7 years of experience as a test automation developer.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Test Automation experience applying Java/Python/Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, especially for data comparison in test scenarios.
• Practical experience in automating web-based APIs and database-centric applications.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of GIT/Bitbucket (source code management tool) and CI/CD Pipeline.
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment with a variety of banking & financial applications, innovative automation technologies, and testing tools.
• Knowledge/experience in Java ORM Frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring DAO.
• Exposure to RDBMS such as Oracle or Sybase. Knowledge and experience with SQL queries.
• It would be a plus if you have experience in building, integrating, and deploying web services (REST/ SOAP/JSON/XML).
• Work with engineers to develop test automation strategies and frameworks for Data Platforms involving APIs, and ETL tools.
• Build and run automated functional, integration, stress, and performance tests.
• Design, build, and automate data flows while evaluating and improving existing data systems.
• Run large-scale simulations based on custom or real-world data to find or reproduce issues, bottlenecks, and regressions.
• Analyze and report the results of testing efforts in a clear and timely manner.
• Build, maintain, and continually update software quality best practices within assigned teams.

About the Position:This Senior Software Engineer will be a key contributor to our data pipeline and application architecture, ensuring code is merged, released, deployed correctly. Reporting to the Director, Data Platform, you will work as part of our Ireland-based team and within a cross-disciplinary team of US based data engineers, product engineers, and cloud architects through all stages of development – from planning and design to implementation and release.
As a Senior Engineer on the team, you will help move our software development practices forward by guiding others on design and best practices, and writing high quality code for development projects designed to the standards and priorities outlined by your Director. You’ll mentor other engineers, conduct code reviews, and help write technical requirements across product-driven teams. Most importantly, you’ll be a pivotal part of a team that values quick iteration, embraces new tech, and relies on data-driven decision making.

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will spearhead the creation of a reliable and efficient data ecosystem, enabling the delivery of exceptional Data & Analytics Services to both our customers and internal stakeholders.

Role:
As the Senior Data Analyst for Mastercard’s Internal Data lake, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of cutting-edge data strategies and data environment frameworks. Your expertise will ensure the effective utilization of data, enabling the delivery of dependable Data & Analytics Services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish data-related best practices in alignment with Mastercard standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain new data capabilities and infrastructure for Mastercard’s Internal Data lake (Workplace Intelligence Platform)
• Create new data pipelines, data transfers, and compliance-oriented infrastructure to facilitate seamless data utilization within on-premise/cloud environments

Qualifications:

•  Deep understanding of Data visualization, statistics, hypothesis testing, business intelligence tools, SQL, data cleaning and data lifecycle management.
•  Proficiency in designing and implementing data tools, technologies, and processes.
•  Expertise in data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.
•  Strong command of data integration techniques and data quality management.
•  Hands-on experience with data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Python, SQL, alteryx, Nifi, SSIS, etc.
•  Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

•   5-8 years of experience in Data Warehouse related projects
•   Expertise in Data Engineering and Data Analysis: implementing multiple end-to-end DW projects in Big Data Hadoop environment
•   Experience of building data pipelines through Spark with Scala/Python/Java on Hadoop or Object storage
•   Experience of working with Databases like MS SQL Server, Oracle and have strong SQL knowledge

Role Overview

We are looking for ML/AI specialists at all seniority levels to join the Qualco Centre for Applied Research and Technology (QART). We at QART are rapidly expanding our activities in ML/AI and among other initiatives, we are focusing on Time-series analysis, mathematical modelling of physical systems (Digital Twins), where we gather information from physical systems using sensors of various types. We are involved in signal conditioning (de-noising/smoothing), imputation of missing values, and the mathematical modelling of physical systems using deep learning (digital twins). Our ultimate objective may be anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and process optimisation.

A Day in the Life of a Data Scientist at Qualco will include:

• Exploratory data analysis and model-fitting to reveal data features of interest.
• Identifying and analysing anomalous data (including metadata).
• Developing conceptual design and models to address project requirements.
• Developing qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing datasets.
• Performing analytic modelling, scripting, and/or programming.
• Creating and using simulation environments.
• Using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for visualisation and user interaction.
• Working collaboratively and iteratively throughout the data-science lifecycle.
• Evaluating, documenting, and communicating research processes, analyses, and results to customers, peers, and leadership.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or similar. Postgraduate qualifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience with designing/implementing machine learning, data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, data science, advanced statistical analysis, artificial intelligence is highly recommended.
• Proven experience in deep learning.
• Programming experience in Matlab and/or Python or other similar computer language.
• Familiarity with Scikit-learn, Keras/Tensorflow, PyTorch and other relevant machine-learning frameworks.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Tenacity, integrity, persistence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to solve complex problems, critical thinking, and reasoning.
• Strong communication and team-playing skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Greek & English, spoken and written.

The Director, Global Success Business Intelligence will play a crucial role in supporting Senior VPs in the Account Success business within Customer Success organization. Account Success teams are dedicated to unlocking the full value of Salesforce’s Signature Success plan offering for salesforce customers. It consists of teams of experts driving customer advocacy and CRM product attrition by deeply understanding Signature customers and orchestrating an exceptional experience to help customers exceed their business goals.

As a leader on the analytics team, you will plan and execute to deliver data and insights that drive decision-making while managing stakeholder relationships. Success requires analytical savvy, problem-solving sophistication, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and a dedication to make the highest impact possible.

Operational responsibilities include helping build BI tools and dashboards to support business readouts, create single source of truth and scalable reporting across various personas within the organization, custom performance analytics to highlight areas of opportunity, identify gaps and assist with prioritization. 

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of managing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Science teams that have a proven track record for turning business questions into data problems into insights into impact. Responsibilities

• Deliver recommendations and insights that support senior partners (VPs and SVPs) manage their critical metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional analytics experience with 5+ years leading Data Analytics, BI, Data Science teams as people leader
• Analytics experience in customer success or customer support domains
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Ability to build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively at every level of the organization
• Strong project/program management skills and ability to quickly learn new tools within the Analytics space
• Ability to work with different technical and business stakeholders across functional field teams to understand and deliver against their data needs
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the business, and prioritize them based on impact and effort
• Experience in hiring and growing a team. Providing mentorship/coaching to junior team members
• Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
Responsible for performing audit and abstraction of medical records (provider and/or vendor) to identify and submit ICD codes to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the purpose of risk adjustment processes. Diagnosis codes must be appropriate, accurate, and supported by clinical documentation in accordance with all State and Federal regulations and internal policies and procedures. Ability to support coding judgment and decisions using industry standard evidence and tools. Assists senior level staff in providing recommendations for process improvement so that productivity and quality goals can be met or exceeded and operational efficiency and financial accuracy can be achieved. Adhere to stringent timelines consistent with project deadlines and directives. Must possess high level of dependability and ability to meet coding accuracy and production standards. Monitors own work to help ensure quality. Required to act in ethical manner at all times as required under HIPAA’s Privacy and Security rules to handle patient data with uncompromised adherence to the law.

Required Qualifications
Computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, industry standard coding applications).

2-3 years Experience with International Classification of Disease (ICD) codes required.

Minimum of 3 years recent and related experience in medical record documentation review, diagnosis coding, and/or auditing.

Experience with Medicare and/or Commercial and/or Medicaid Risk Adjustment process and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) preferred.
CPC (Certified Professional Coder), CCS ( Certified Coding Specialist) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist-Physician) required.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) preferred.

Education

AA/AS or equivalent experience. Completion of AAPC/AHIMA training program for core credential (CPC, CCS-P) with associated work history/on the job experience equal to approximately 3 years for CPC.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 – $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
