Cosa farai:

  • Analisi dei dati per il monitoraggio delle performance del dipartimento assegnato 
  • Monitoraggio dei principali KPI utilizzando i relativi tool e dashboard
  • Aggiornamento e valutazione qualitativa della reportistica giornaliera, settimanale e mensile (es: andamento delle vendite, attività della forza vendita, produttività, marginalità)
  • Progettazione ed elaborazione di nuovi Dashboard utili alla comprensione e condivisione dei dati con la struttura tramite l’utilizzo di Power BI

Quali conoscenze ed esperienze cerchiamo:

  • Laurea in economia, ingegneria gestionale, statistica, informatica
  • Esperienza di almeno 1 anni in un ruolo analogo,
  • Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office in particolare Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Power Point
  • Competenze su analisi dei dati, reporting e visualizzazione dati elaborati
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza di Python

General Description:

Responsible for managing the internal Human Resources processes, tracking and reporting related to hospital regulatory compliance and government regulations to ensure OU Health’s policies and procedures, The Joint Commission, state and federal regulations are met.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a current working knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and reporting requirements, with an emphasis on healthcare. Monitor and assure compliance with all such laws.
  • Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of all HR regulatory and compliance programs.
  • Document and implement improvements of assigned department processes, procedures and audits to improve effectiveness.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled audits to monitor compliance with OU Health policies and procedures, The Joint Commission, state and federal regulations and reports findings to Director, HR Operations.
  • Ensures alignment and proper communication and training around compliance related processes and procedures.
  • Completes required monthly OIG/GSA checks.
  • Develops, prepares and scrubs reports and data for transfer to third-party vendors to facilitate the preparation of affirmative action plans, compliance requests, and other regulatory reporting.
  • Works with third-party vendor to review unemployment claims and provide required documentation.
  • Partners with legal and risk to provide requested documentation for any subpoena requests.
  • Maintains record retention documentation for the HR department to ensure compliance with OUH record retention policies and procedures.
  • Ensure I-9s and supporting documentation are accurately obtained or maintained in accordance with all applicable employment regulations.
  • Maintains required onboarding documentation and annual requirements of students’ and contingent workers’ qualifications, training and activities.
  • Management of all Academic Affiliation Agreements to include facilitation of new agreements and compliance of existing agreements.
  • Partners with key leaders and members of the HR team to obtain, review and organize required documents requested for regulatory compliance audits.
  • Manages day to day HR compliance related questions and issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: (3) years professional Human Resources or Compliance experience

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: None; Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) preferred, PHR preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with high attention to detail
  • Ability to scrub and analyze data from multiple sources

Chief Information Security Officer at City of New York


The New York City Department of Investigation (DOI) is one of the oldest law enforcement agencies in the country with a mission of combating municipal corruption. It serves the People of New York City by acting as an independent and nonpartisan watchdog for New York City government, City agencies, and City employees, vendors with City contracts, individuals and entities that receive City funds.

DOI’s is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who will lead in the implementation and management of information security controls that will increase the Agency’s overall information security posture. Under the direction of the CIO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the integration of information security controls and overall information security awareness across all departments and units. The CISO will be responsible for the compliance of IT systems, applications and networks with security policies and information protection strategies; develop, publish, and maintain Agency information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines; provide technical guidance and training to information “owners,” agency IT teams, and design and implement programs for user awareness, and security compliance monitoring. The candidate will analyze potential security risks or breaches that have occurred, and implement widely accepted and automated technologies to mitigate these risks/breaches and harden security systems for effective defense.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
– Oversee Cyber Security Governance and Controls.
– Lead in the construction of DOI’s Cyber Security Policies, Procedures and Standards review and refresh.
– Implement Controls and Compliance to enforce hardening of networks, endpoints and applications.
– Make recommendations to the Chief Information Officer on an information security roadmap based on risk analysis and assessments for current state and future state of information security posture.
– Manage the daily use and administration of strategic cyber risk and long-term threat intelligence products.
– Lead in developing communications for DOI’s end users and stakeholders around cyber security issues.
– Oversee sustained and successful participation by IT security in any cyber security relevant audits; perform threat modeling and subsequent risk mitigation.
– Manage cyber security private/public and Federal/City relationships; and manage special cyber security projects, as assigned.

NOTE: The following types of experience are not acceptable: superficial use of preprogrammed software without complex programming, design, implementation or management of the product; use of word processing packages; use of a handheld calculator; primarily the entering or updating of data in a system; the operation of data processing hardware or consoles.

If selected, the candidate will be fingerprinted and undergo a background investigation.

1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and four years of full-time experience in investigation, auditing, law enforcement, law security, management analysis, or in a major operational area of the agency to which the assignment is to be made; at least 18 months of which must have been in a supervisory, administrative, managerial or executive capacity, and the approval of the Commissioner of Investigation; or

2. Education and/or experience equivalent to “1” above. However, all candidates must have the approval of the Commissioner of Investigation and 18 months of supervisory, administrative, managerial or executive experience; or 18 months of experience in the exercise of discretion and professional judgment in significant policy matters related to criminal justice or areas particularly relevant to the Office of the Inspector General to which the candidate would be assigned.

Role Description

The Data Science and Measurement Lead supports the Data Science team leading on advanced analytics solutions for clients across the UK. Managing a team, they will be responsible for leading a variety of analytics solutions across clients ranging from econometrics to geo-based insight tools ensuring outputs are integrated into the planning process and ready for delivery to C-suite clients. Responsible for acquiring new projects and expand the usages of analytics across the business. Working within a wider performance team in the agency – this lead will have a unique opportunity to enhance the connection between performance media and advanced analytics – supporting a company that is pushing the edge on media and creative integration.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

Primary responsibilities revolve around leading direct reports to develop and execute industry-leading measurement strategies and analytics thinking:             

  • Connect client business goals to marketing objectives, and translate those objectives into a measurement plan and learning agenda for use by planning and activation teams
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to establish process and ownership of core Business Insights deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal WPP and external partner stakeholders to identify new processes, ways of working, or solutions that T&Pm should bring to market
  • Support strategic planning teams and ensure fully optimized media plans and richly developed and supported campaign strategies
  • Develop, maintain, and grow all client relationships and use foresight to build and provide value to client teams
  • Effectively articulate the applications of media research tools and resources
  • Provide direct reports with all the necessary tools, training, and analytical support and supervision to improve upon existing expertise
  • Build and strengthen relationships internally across the network and externally with client partners
  • Write POVs on industry topics impacting your clients
  • Support new business pitches across T&Pm

 

Who are you?

  • Substantial commercial experience in an analytics leadership role, strong background in advanced marketing analytics – including econometrics
  • Experience with MMM/econometrics modelling and incrementality testing
  • Experience managing a small-to-midsize team (3-7 reports)
  • Experience working inside or alongside a media agency
  • Intellectually flexible with strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams and across partner agencies
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
  • Expert knowledge of the metrics which power successful media campaigns, where they are sourced, and how they influence and intersect each other.
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with Python and/or R or other analytics programming environment

McCloskey by OPIS has an opening in its research team for a Senior Research Analyst II, Global Steel Analysis. You will fill a role within McCloskey’s growing steel practice, with an early focus on green steel. You will be a critical part of our Steel and Steel Raw Materials group, and within the McCloskey research team.

This is a mid-level position within the global research team, reporting to the head of steel research. The successful candidate will also work with our industry-leading journalists and price reporters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of monthly and weekly deliverables covering steel and its related products, with an early focus on Green Steel.
  • Assist in the maintenance of monthly supply and demand balance sheets and price forecasts.
  • Contribute to periodic research pieces on topical industry issues (eg. regulatory/policy developments, geopolitical issues, investment, project pipeline, ESG etc).
  • Spearhead the updating of McCloskey’s global steel database and green steel project pipeline.
  • Develop client and industry relationships – bringing some of these relationships from prior roles. Share and source market intelligence.
  • Contribute to bespoke consulting engagements.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in the steel industry and markets.
