Job Title: Standards and Automation Lead

Accountabilities:
As a Standards and Automation Lead, you will apply your Clinical Data Standards (CDISC) knowledge and statistical programming expertise to increase efficiency in Respiratory and Immunology projects. You will contribute to the development and support project implementation of Corporate and Therapy Area tools, provide standards and follow-up for implementation. You will also provide input into strategic direction of clinical data standards/tools development, maintenance and governance, contribute/lead cross-functional or process improvement initiatives, and be responsible for the development of standard methodologies to improve quality, efficiency and/or effectiveness within function on Standards and/or automation.
Essential Skills/Experience:

Degree in Mathematics (i.e., Applied Math, Engineering, etc.), Computer Science, Statistics, Life Sciences or similar area

Strong experience in clinical drug development process, including regulatory submissions requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Advanced SAS programming

Experience leading department initiatives.

Expertise in Clinical data flow and clinical development process

Ability to lead cross functional discussion about data flow

Experience working in the Respiratory or Immunology therapeutic area

Other programming languages e.g., S-PLUS, R, Python, XML etc.
