This role is with the Digital Document Services group, to support a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and provide training to impacted team members and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Passionate about AI/ML and equipped with knowledge in algorithms and the general functioning of AI.
- Design, develop, and automate manual reporting processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
- Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed.
- Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, with a focus on automating manual reporting processes a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau or Python.
- Understanding of data visualization techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial services functions, operations, and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to explain complex and technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail.
