The Technology Development Quality and Reliability (TDQR) team is responsible to ensure the next generation of technologies and products brought to market are manufacturable and reliable at scale. TDQR invests in deep insights and advanced methods to maximize process and product capability while addressing reliability risks. Together, TDQR gives you the opportunity to learn about the most advanced semiconductor technologies and device reliability challenges to enable world-class manufacturing and customer applications. As a Graduate Intern Technical, you will be expected to:
– Work with Data Scientists and Quality Reliability Engineers to develop novel Physics Inspired Neural Network based modeling approaches to provide industry leading reliability insights and innovations.
– Create a Python package to support endpoints to models and pipelines described above.
– Document and present related efforts and learnings.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Computer science, Electrical engineering, or another Science/Technology/Engineering/Math (STEM) field.

3+ months of experience with AI/ML or Data Science.

Preferred Qualifications:
Python packing familiarity.
