We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge digital solutions within the domains of procurement, real estate, and facilities management. This role involves integrating GenAI technologies to enhance user experience and improve internal stakeholder query response times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code/no-code development, particularly with Microsoft Power Platform, and possess a deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay domain.
About the Role:

Develop, deploy, and maintain world-class digital solutions in procurement, real estate, and facilities management, integrating GenAI technologies such as conversational chatbots.

Ensure effective and timely delivery of digital solutions according to established timelines and plans.

Support the development of the Digital Enablement Center of Excellence and deliver digital solutions in line with industry best practices to create value for the business.

Drive ongoing improvements in digital capability and maturity at Global Services by executing best-practice digital enablement methodologies and standards.

Lead digital initiatives of medium to high complexity, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
About You:
-
Advanced proficiency in low-code/no-code development solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and experience integrating GenAI technologies.

Minimum of 4-6+ years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity.
-
Minimum of 3 years of global experience working in matrixed teams.
-
At least 2 years of experience in solution development within the Source-to-Pay domain.

Experience with GenAI technologies, including industry LLMs like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, or Llama 3, and Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, to build conversational chatbots.

Working knowledge of programming languages (MS Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript).

General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Knowledge of leveraging GenAI to enhance digital enablement methodologies and standards in the Source-to-Pay domain.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand business needs and conduct thorough due diligence to analyze organizational workflows.

Strong technical understanding of relevant products, enabling effective demonstration of platform capabilities and configurations to meet specific customer requirements.

Proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, and driving efficiency improvements in sourcing systems operations, including contract management, sourcing events, project management, spend analysis, and supplier onboarding.

Deep understanding of Ariba Source-to-Pay modules and procurement transactions aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results, minimize business downtime, and proactively remove barriers to productivity.

Exceptional planning and prioritization skills for effective self-management and resource allocation.
