As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop a leading-edge human subject data research environment. Partnering with your team of data architects, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI or ML engineers, and leading data visualization specialists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather data requirements, and develop data use agreements. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating project research environments. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with business processes, data analytics, general management consulting, project planning, and project management
- Experience using Microsoft O365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with data research
- Knowledge of data use agreements, and the lifecycle management of DUAs
- Knowledge of contract coordination with subcontractor and teammate staffing
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with multiple levels of leadership
- Ability to identify and facilitate research and analysis projects
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with consulting for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
- Experience in the coordination of data flow and requirements
- Experience leveraging process improvement methods such as Lean
- Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Experience developing statistical models and performing workflow analysis
- Knowledge of Human Capital Big Data (HCBD)
- Knowledge of DoD methods, processing, tools, and data operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Project Management, or Engineering Management
- PMP or PMI Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
