Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Associate Data Analyst (all genders) to join the International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Within the International Markets team at Delivery Hero, we:

Drive Delivery Hero strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into the global strategy

Support P&L and portfolio management actions, both at global and regional levels, and ensure alignment between strategy and P&L
-
Prioritize and execute value creation and performance improvement initiatives supporting our regional / local teams with a consultative yet hands-on approach

Are the key point of contact between the headquarters and our regional and local management entities
In this role, you will:

work within a large and high-performing team focused on providing the company’s Senior Management with key insights guiding Delivery Hero’s strategy
-
monitor and challenge the business performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis
-
present your insights and recommendations to key decision makers, including Delivery Hero C-level Management, Regional Directors, and local Management and/or function teams such as Marketing, Sales, Quick Commerce, Logistics and Product

help set targets for Local Management teams in Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets

work closely with BI and Data teams to build products, frameworks and analysis
Qualifications
- You have 1+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

You have a proven track record of transforming large, complex datasets into meaningful insights and intuitive data products
-
You have a basic familiarity with statistics that allows you to draw reliable insights from limited panel data
-
You are able to query and manipulate data sets using SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker, and have experience with big data tools such as BigQuery and Redshift
-
You are a hands-on team player with excellent English communication skill
