Title: Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager

Summary:

The Digital Strategy & Transformation Manager at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. in Racine, WI will build strategy for enterprise level data foundation, build sustainable support models, drive end user adoption, and deliver business value. Salary Range: $124,240 – $186,360.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will:

  • Shape analytics capability roadmaps to accelerate business outcomes, in partnership with the business unit, regional/functional stakeholders and Data & Analytics technical team.

  • Recommend appropriate software solutions while analyzing and evaluating impact on current business processes.

  • Work with business process owners to understand existing, emergency, and emerging business software requirements in Sales & Marketing.

  • Research and evaluate software solutions or software application alternatives.

  • Define and orchestrate strategy for data foundation, modernizing reporting & analytics, and infuse advanced analytical capabilities into business processes.

  • Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress against analytics product / solutions and capability roadmaps to both internal BPT and functional stakeholders.

  • Drive harmonization and standardization of our data, reporting and analytics solutions to unlock efficiency and enable relevant business insights.

  • Manage risk associated with implementation and facilitate continuous improvement process for the products to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Ensure delivery of scalable process and tools to automate or transform work that would otherwise be disparate, manual, or time-consuming.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, and five years in a SAP TPM occupation within a global organization spanning multiple functions. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, plus seven years in a SAP TPM occupation within a global organization spanning multiple functions.

  • Must include five years of experience in each of the following: (1) integration of SAP TPM, TCM, and TFM with other SAP modules, including SAP ERP, BW, HANA, and Dispute Management; (2) software requirements gathering, documenting, conceptual design, prototyping, and validating the needs of the business stakeholders; (3) SAP configuration, RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms and Workflows), and customization and development standards; (4) TPM Optimization, Retail-Consumption, and CRM analytics; (5) Digital marketing analytics; (6) written and verbal communication and collaboration with Sales and Marketing senior executives and leaders; (7) guiding teams in feature engineering, algorithmic choices, hypothesis testing, performance improvements, and model refreshes; (8) IT outsourcing models and governance including Cloud, Managed Services, Strategic Sourcing partnerships; and (9) MLOps for model deployment and CI/CD pipeline deployment.
