About the Team
Information System is based on the needs of the company’s internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Service Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, analytics, and a passion for driving organizational growth and excellence.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement;
– Conduct in-depth analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and user experience impacting corporate service;
– Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear and concise communication of complex information;
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to implement business targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives;
– Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential areas of innovation and enhancement;
– Help with evaluating strategic options and recommend actionable solutions to drive business growth and performance;
– Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and drive strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or above;
– Have at least three years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar role;
– Strong analytical,data-analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders;
– Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives in complex environments;
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
– Experience in industry research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling;
– Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
– Major in business, economics, finance, or a related field is preferred;
– Proficient in SQL and tableau/PowerBI, familiar with Python or R for data analysis or Algorithm (ML, causal inference) is a plus
