About the department
The Commercial Analytics team is part of Finance Global Business Services (GBS) at Novo Nordisk in Bangalore. Established in 2007, Finance GBS is responsible for supporting various finance functions globally. The Commercial Analytics team, founded in 2013, aims to provide dedicated analytics professionals to deliver best-in-class services and insights to the global organization. Our team is committed to delivering superior service, standardization, and efficiency.
As an Associate Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the strategic development of Commercial Analytics services within the unit. Take operational responsibility and manage tasks within the GBS CA.
- Operational responsibility and Management task within GBS CA.
- Drive continuous improvements on supported business processes to comply with the CA Strategy.
- Ensure a high level of service, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and end-user friendliness.
- Optimize processes and increase productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop process competences and solutions.
- Manage contracts, service level agreements, and addendums. Create awareness about department capabilities and manage team growth.
- Drive team performance to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure onboarding and relevant training of new employees in the department.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in operational management and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in finance or analytics is a plus.
