Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.
About the Team
As a member of the Intelligent Automation team you will assist and lead in the research, development, build, and support of scale remote procedure call, automation, orchestration, and heuristics-based DevOps/AIOps solutions across a wide swath of Workday’s technical areas. Our IA team has built several critical tools that support Workday’s SaaS properties, its engineers, and its management. Our products and tools typically go from a need based conceptual discussion with our stakeholders to production deployment. We follow agile methodologies. We look to amplify or reuse our existing frameworks where possible but are always developing and evaluating new technology to meet our customer’s needs:
Our key focus:
To maximize Workday’s automation investments by creating platforms and services that enable engineers the ability to compose, execute, schedule, and track highly repetitive automation and orchestration tasks through a consistent, intuitive, and scalable self-service framework.
Provide cost optimization by improving operational efficiency and business agility through automation
Provide risk mitigation by converting error prone human driven manual tasks into data, event, or response initiated repeatable automation as code at scale

Our Approach to Flexible Work
spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you’ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote “home office” roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
